Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and had a ton of windows with great views from the 12th floor. Everything was very clean and we were left wanting for nothing. We will definitely consider staying here again as the location is priceless for downtown exploring.

I asked for a bathtub, and those are in short supply after rennovations. The front desk staff were delighted to have a room with one for more. Lovely sized room with an arm chair plus a desk. Very close to Rogers Arena and BC Place. Short walk from Expo line. Able to store my bag before check in and after check out. Great breakfast with lots of options and great space. Front desk staff was superb. Highly recommend.
