Welcome to our beautiful Lavender house located in Richmond. This is entire private house suite with 8 private rooms and two shared bathrooms in Richmond. Our house has kitchen with fridge, stove and eating area. Each room has smart door lock for protect your safety. Transpiration is convenient, with bus stops at front door.this house is close to street, might have some noise. House is old age, but not affected any in use.

This is a great space for a big family get-together. 14 of us stayed for 2 nights. The beds were good, the kitchen was functional, and the front yard outdoor space was a great place to hang out with the camping chairs we brought.The host was great to communicate with!They need to invest just a little bit of money to clean up some of the messy areas around the yard. There were some old mattresses that were still outside by the shed, some recycling that wasn't cleaned up before our stay. So generally, they should make sure these areas are cleaned up and the backyard is tidy enough to want to spend time there. Other than that, we liked the place!

Property was dirty, bugs on the bed, broken windows, sliding door would not lock, bags of trash in the closet, rotting deck, back porch had stacks of old furniture sitting outside, other sliding door glass was shattered for one of the bedrooms, couch was covered in dog hair. We had 15 in our party, which is what the house can sleep yet there were only a couple dining room chairs. House overall felt like a college house with little to no cleanliness. We ended up not staying here because we felt unsafe and thought we may bring bugs home with us. House also did not have air conditioning.

Misleading Listing – Uncomfortable and Poorly Maintained PropertyWe had an unpleasant experience at this property and want to share our honest feedback to help future guests. The photos on the listing do not reflect the actual condition of the home. When we arrived late in the evening, we were shocked by the state of the property. However, given the hour and lack of other immediate options, we decided to stay for the night.The surroundings were unclean and poorly maintained, giving off a creepy and unsettling atmosphere. Inside, we noticed multiple serious issues:Duct tape on kitchen cabinets, broken windows, and even light switchesNo window screens at the basement rooms , which made ventilation difficultMold and grime in the bathroom, peeling sealant, and dirty tilesLoose light fixtures, warped paint, and uneven baseboardsPush pins used to hold up curtains, contributing to the overall feeling of disrepairI contacted the owner the following day to address these concerns, but unfortunately, the experience had already taken a toll. We had difficulty sleeping due to the condition and general discomfort.This property needs significant repairs and proper maintenance. We hope the host will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements before renting it to other guests.

Beds were fine, nice floors too ….and it seem to work for our large family ; know that this appears to be student or rooming housing with auto code locks on all bedrooms and modest common spaces .

hostess nice enough to allow us to store luggage early while we sight see. Not enough towels, towels too small (child sized), no wash cloths, no TV, no coffee pot, no extra linens, minimal dishes, not enough for 14 people, windows didn't have blinds and curtains were sheer, poor lighting in bathrooms and bedrooms, need handrails on outdoor steps, needs bars in bathtubs, upstairs tub didn't drain well - in ankle deep water when you finish shower, house in disrepair - duct tape around kitchen sink, bugs/spiders, all 8 bedrooms have separate locks indicating that if you don't rent the whole house, you may be sharing with strangers!! Only 2 bathrooms! Tile coming up in 1/2 bath.

Place is falling apart

Property is nothing like the pictures, the yard is weeds, patio full of junk, bathrooms were not clean. Communication was lost in translation. No community area for the family to gather in the evening. Couches were broken, chairs broken & windows were falling apart. Only positive was it fit our group of 12. Also no A/C and limited fans
