Decent hotel . Not easy to get around though particularly in the parking area as it’s located within Canada Place therefore a lot of shared facilities . It’s however right by the harbour therefore convenient for tourist activities offered around the harbour

we had reservations for three people each with their own room. One of the guys didn't have his credit card so they wouldn't give him a room. I said no problem just use my credit card, but they wouldn't. Then I said well, no problem. I'll just book another room for myself and then they told me they had no vacancy. I said well yes you do because the room that you won't give my friend is now vacant but they still wouldn't give us the room.
