This oasis offers a cozy retreat with plenty of natural light, lush plants, and creative comforts. Step outside to discover bustling markets, vibrant restaurants, and diverse dining options. Immerse yourself in Chinatown's rich history, grunge art scene and indulge in the lively atmosphere of Olympic Village or Gastown.

This apartment is a one of a kind design. Featuring concrete floors, sliding doors, floor to ceiling balcony windows and hidden appliances. The unit features a unique water feature, dimmable lights, art easel, surround sound system and heated floors for a comfortable stay.

Annie was a great communicator.Annie was Friendly and helpful in letting us drop off our suitcases before checkin time.The listing says " Murphy bed" but we didnt find one. Just a couch in living room and bed in bedroom.No microwave available for reheating leftovers. It would be nice to have a microwave. I found the Shower was a little complicated to use. Overall... It's good apt/flat to sleep in, shower and have breakfast and be gone sightseeing all day. No TV remote, so couldn’t watch TV at night if we wanted to. It was Nice to have laundry machines in apt. Some good restaurants close by such as 'Dalinas' and Jade Dynasty restaurant. Annie responded quickly to any questions we had.

Overall, this rental is in a convenient location. Nothing was more than a 20 minute walk, and local transportation was very close. The decor of the loft is very relaxing, and having aroma therapy was a nice touch. One thing that is missing from this listing: this is they hosts primary residence. I walked into wet, musty laundry in the washer, a full dishwasher, a fridge with her personal produce, and no closet space. I had to put my belongings on the floor in the living room for my entire stay. There was no remote for the television. I did have an issue with the washing machine while I was there and attempted to call the owner using the phone number provided. After trying several times, she responded via the app and told me that she "hadn't updated" the information in the apartment with her current number. This was very distressing, as I was leaving the next morning and my wet clothing was stuck in the washing machine.This listing has the potential to be great--- with a few improvements.

Very nice loft!

Very amazing loft! Very pretty decor and flow to the loft. Secure entry and elevator. There was quite a bit of homeless around the area and in the back alleys the loft overlooked, but felt safe due to the keypad entry to the lobby and having to key fob to use the elevator. Host was super communicative and had a perfect guide for things to do/places to eat!

The place was not VRBO quality. It was a place where someone was living full time and left for a few days while we were in Vancouver. I call and spoke with the owner and she said she uses it to help defer the high cost of living in Vancouver. I let her know how dissatisfied we were and how much we overpaid for this space. She did return 10% of my overall price. We left first thing in the morning and would not return until it was time to go to bed. It was by far the worst experience we have ever had staying with VRBO. We have used them to stay all around the world view from our living room and bedroom YUCK!

While it’s not advertised, this is the hosts main residence. There is zero closet, bathroom or storage room for VRBO guests. The fridge and freezer were full of personal food. Trash had leftover personal trash in it, the dishwasher had old dishes and the washers and dryer were full of items. Host was very communicative and check in was easy but I was misled by the pictures and description on the listing.

What an amazing place to stay and what an amazing host. We don't get to take many trips, so a nice place to stay can make all the difference to a vacation. Wow. Just wow. This really is in the heart of Chinatown. The number of amazing restaurants on just that block will blow your mind. Add in the surrounding area, and you'll never want for excellent foods of all kinds. Plus, you can walk just about anywhere in no time. But if your calling a ride, well, we never waited more than 4 minutes. We wanted for nothing and enjoyed everything. Yes I'm gushing. Yes, I would be. I can't imagining t wanting to stay anywhere else on Vancouver.

Great place to stay in downtown Vancouver

Annie was so kind and helpful. We arrived late and she accommodated us. Building was very safe and secure. Bedroom was quiet despite being deep into the downtown area. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Check out process very easy. Would definitely stay again.
