Inconvenient if arriving by personal vehicle, limited on-site parking with separate parking fee. Staff otherwise very helpful and professional. Inside is very neat, tidy and clean, however the back alley has, as most of Vancouver does, a problem with drifters and drugs.

Was not a bad place to stay. Was a little unclean in the bathroom. Little ghettoish around the hotel, but didnt feel unsafe.
Older place vibes for sure, but did the job 2 nights in a row.

Great location in downtown and close to most of places and also available parking. I didn't like the room as it was old and bathtub drain was clogged and dirty so taking a shower was not pleasant!!
If you want to book it for the weekend just be mindful all of the street noise and people yelling at the middle of the night!
