Room was really small, wifi didn’t work and had an awful experience with the front desk. They called at 6 am asking to come down as they deleted my card on file. Then they didn’t know when I was checking out and the manager was extremely rude to the staff trying to help.

I was given room 941, which had no closet. The base of the bed had two protruding iron rods, which almost injured my wife. This type of room is not even shown on their website. I don't think it's even legal to charge a quarter of the room rate for such a horrible. We had to complain for them to change the room. Eventually, the room was changed. We would have been better off at Motel 6

The people at the service desk were polite. The Bathroom suite sink was not functioning properly, the tub looked dirty, the coffee table was not clean when we arrived. The swimming pool was cold. When Inspoke with the service desk agent. I am not sure if they gave us that room because had lower price. I am disappointed.

However the hotel being in an incredibly convenient location, the room was very small, dirty, dusty, the bathroom was also very small, you had to sneak in beside the toilet or walk in the shower to close the door. The bathroom door didn’t latch, the shower handle was missing a screw and was coming unattached, the shower was also dirty. Facility elevators were very slow and there was always a line of people waiting to use them.
