Friendly staff. Great room. Loved the heated bathroom floor. The mattress was comfortable. Pillows firm enough. Mirror over the dressing table was a good size. Breakfast was well made and the right amount. Maybe a bit more variety might be needed but I was happy with the options available. Located within walking distance of the parts of downtown I wished to see. I’d stay again.

The staff was fantastic!! The gentleman working the late shift was amazing! He gave us directions for parking then came to check on us. He helped us in with all of our bags & coats & shopping bags & delivered everything to the room perfectly. The service was just as great with house keeping & our request for extra towels. The gentleman who helped us checkout was just as friendly & helpful. Everything was great. We will be back!! .

Room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast needed to have more choices -we were at the hotel for six day and the breakfast choices were the same each morning . Staff were excellent -very supportive and pleasant .
