Very Big hotel mostly used by big Tour groups

There are a couple of large hotels being built directly across the river from this place - it was quite noisy and ehen they are finished will spoil the view!

Nice hotel but lacking in good management

Nice spot on the river with good views but the room, although large , lacked comforts. They provided a jug, cups and saucers but no tea , sugar or whitener. When asked for the latter they said it was only for VIP rooms.Then why provide the jug etc. I emailed in special requests for a low pillow [so I would not have a headache for days after] and found only extra high firm pillows in the room.Staff had poor English and it took a lot of explanation but eventually they came up with a little flat cushion, which worked for me. Worst of all was the breakfast. Everything was tepid, the food kept in the danger zone. It was a health risk. There were burners under each food receptacle, but not one was on. We ate mainly bread as we were fearful of gastroenteritis from the other foods which appeared to be ideal bacterial culture mediums. The rooms were large but had very little furniture, with no comfortable chairs.The beds themselves were comfortable but the balconies were covered with dust from the earthworks [which were noisy] across the river. The grounds were large and pleasant and the pool large and clean. We enjoyed this. Th estaff were helpful in retrieving my sandals which I had left by the pool the night before, however I could not understand why they had to wait until morning, as they did not seem to have a lost property procedure.

가격대비 훌륭

저렴한 가격에 비해 뷰와 시설은 꽤 괜찮은편 단지 최근 주변공사에 공사장이 많아 공사 끝날때까지는 비추천 내년 정도면 괜찮을듯 ㅎ

Tolle Lage am Fluss mit brillantem Blick auf die Karstkegel; am Ortsrand, Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar – großer Balkon – sehr großes, sauberes Zimmer – sehr freundliches Personal – schöner Pool ist ein Plus – reichhaltiges, asiatisches Frühstück in ansprechendem Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf Fluss und Karstkegel – schnelles Wifi – kostenloses Parken.

위치불편 합니다....

일단 여기 한국분들 패키지로 사용되는 호텔이라 한국분들 많습니다 조식에 김치 있구요 근데 위치 정말 안좋습니다 여행자거리에서 도보 15분정도 걸리는데 날씨가 너무 더워서 한번 왕복하면 나가기 힘들고 툭툭 잘 안태워줍니다 싸게가면 둘이 이만낍에 가구요 호텔에 말하면 5만낍에 가니까 불러달라고 하지 마세요.. 지역 이동하실땐 벤 픽업을 호텔로 하시면 됩니다 수영장 수질이나 크기는 괜찮습니다 개미 아예 없진 않구요 처음엔 안보였는데 저희가 매일 망고를 사다 먹어서 이틀째 보여서 방 바꿨습니다 이정도면 시설이나 가성비는 괜찮은데 오토바이 빌리실거 아니면 다른데 이용하세요 하지만 다른 교통수단이 있으시다면 지내볼만한 숙소입니다 숙소 근처에 마트, 망고가게, 음식점 있습니다 망고는 1키로에 이만낍 깍아서 싸줘서 매일 먹었어요 하지만 방비엥을 느끼고 싶다면 다른곳을 이용하세요

가성비 굿!

중심가에서 조금은 떨어져 있지만 그것이 오히려 더 장점으로 작용할 수 있습니다. 호텔 시설이며, 뷰가 좋으며, 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 다만, 한국인 단체 관광객 아줌마 아저씨들이 많이 찾는 호텔인 것을 나중에 알았습니다. 아침에 조금 시끄럽다는 것만 빼고는 단점이 별로 없는 호텔입니다.

부모님 모시고 여행.

Worst customer service ever

In my personal opinion, this hotel is not qualified with three starts. First, when i called the hotel to ask to send me tuk-tuk, refused to my request saying "Find tuktuk there. We cant help you." Second, when arrived at the breakfast area next in the morning, i was shocked. Foods were not refilled. No egges bacon.. literally only they were surving was noodle. Third, i asked them to arrange tuktuk at noon. Of course they didnt make a phone call until i asked them again. Instead saying sorry they giggled each other. On top of everything asked me 50,000 kips for tuk tuk. Are you kidding me!! Ive been traveling for a month in the Southeast Asia and worst customer serive among these three star hotels I've stayed. Better train your employees and try to fullfill better customer satisfaction!!

깨끗하고좋긴한데..

다른층은모르겠지만5층은수압이매우약해서씻는데매우불편해요.시내와거리가매우먼것이단점 뷰도좋고수영장도있어좋아요.조식도맛있어요

조용한거 좋아하시면 추천해 드립니다.

여행자 거리와는 거리가 좀 있습니다. 그래도 한적하고 조용한걸 좋아하시면 추천해드립니다^^ 침구류는 깨끗하고, 화장실 샤워부스는 배수가 잘 안됩니다. 참고하셨으면 합니다. 그리고 야외수영장은 수심표시가 없지만 3단계로 깊어지니 조심히 물 놀이 하시면 되겠습니다.
