The apartment is perfected located. Walking distance from the center and easy access by car. Underground parking is secure. You have 2 shop right at the bottom of your building and Vannes is a beautiful town.

The apartment was exactly as the photos, and the location was perfect, midway between the old town and the port. The basement parking was brilliant - the car stayed cool, and we were able to leave the rest of our luggage in there knowing it was secure. The Carrefour local and the boulangerie / patisserie, both under the apartment, made life very easy.

Exzellente Lage. Sehr praktischer Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Relativ viel StraĂenlĂ€rm. In der KĂŒche fehlt ein groĂer Topf. Ein Supermarkt und ein guter BĂ€cker sind direkt im Haus. Sehr gute Möglichkeiten fĂŒr Hunde-SpaziergĂ€nge in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Schönes Vannes
Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders angenehm auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und die Abstellmöglichkeit fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der.Die Lage zwischen Innenstadt, Hafen und Golf ist perfekt. Die Promenade am Kanal entlang ist ein echtes Highlight.Leider verlĂ€uft zwischen Promenade und der Wohnanlage eine intensiv befahrene StraĂe, was deutlichen VerkehrslĂ€rm verursacht. Dies war aus der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar. FĂŒr mich wurde die WohnqualitĂ€t hierdurch leider beeintrĂ€chtigt.
