Gros problème en arrivant. La chambre de luxe reservée et payée depuis près d' un an n'etait pas disponible. Après 2 H d' attente ils nous ont trouvé une autre chambre minuscule avec moustiques et la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. Gros préjudice : 3 H de sommeil. Le lendemain nous avons pu déménager dans la chambre réservée et le manager ( grand prince ) s'est confondu en excuses en invoquant un problème de logiciel et en nous rendant 1500 roupies devant être la différence de prix entre les 2 chambres mais rien concernant le préjudice.

La stanza era impeccabile. Il personale gentilissimo. Posizione impagabile con vista sui Ghat, Um Po rumorosa all’esterno ma questi sono i ghat di Varanasi.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering everything you would expect from a good mid-range hotel. Whenever I needed anything extra, the staff was always helpful and happy to assist without any issues. There are a few minor details that some European guests might notice, but they are easy to overlook given the hotel’s perfect location. It’s ideally situated for exploring the markets and the surrounding area. A big highlight is the hotel’s own restaurant on the top floor. The terrace offers amazing views, and the food selection is excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Pramod and his team for taking such great care of me. He is truly a gem to the hotel and provides excellent advice on tours and anything else you might want to know. Would stay again.
