For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A private garden with trees of around 500 m², not enclosed.

The flat is ideally located in Vassieux-en-Vercors, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (3 vehicles maximum).
