The guest rooms all have air conditioner and each room has a garden view and is decorated in a modern style.The place where the villa is located is an amazing spot where you can have privacy and a very nice view and fresh air . Is a very quiet area surrounded by beautifuls hills and with city view . Near the villa we have Osum River when you can spend some amaizing time.

Fantastic Berat Villa!!

Awesome country estate with great access to Berat a surrounding area. Highly recommended!!

Great house, great people, great holiday

We (two adults and two children, 2 & 5) stayed for 10 days. Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, the surrounding is interesting and Mirea is a wonderful host. One day, the water wouldn't get hot and Mirea came immediately and fixed it. She anwsers very quickly on messages. She also brought us extra towels. I would recommend Villa Ardea. Be aware that there is a gravel road to the house. We did it without problem with a rental car though.
