Ausbaufähig, aber auch top Lage

Lage perfekt. Stadt und Strand in nächster Nähe. Wohnung großzügig, eigentlich schöne Dachterrasse. Alles etwas abgewohnt, klapprige, sperrige Schränke, Terrassen Bedachungen löchrig und bedürfen einer Sanierung. Handtuchhalter eher Deko, bei normaler Nutzung kommt es einem entgegen. Wenn man sich mit dem anderen Standard arrangiert, 5 gerade sein lassen kann, dann gerne wieder. Keine Ahnung wie die Preise in der Hochsaison sind.
