A few kilometers from the sandy beach of Torre del Mar awaits you this special vacation home. Different styles of furnishings permeate the individual rooms, so you can admire a new and detailed interior in each room. Feel at home here and enjoy both elegance and coziness. The water rats among you will be happy about the view-protected pool and experience many hours of swimming fun in the water. But you also have a large terrace from which you can look all the way to the coast and the sea. Spend time here with the whole family playing and eating and prepare local delicacies on the grill.



By car you can reach the beach of Torre del Mar in a few minutes. Build high sand castles on the sandy beach or jump towards the waves. Dive into the salty Mediterranean Sea and float on the surface of the water.

You can also take a trip to the reservoir Embalse de la Viñuela and explore the landscape in the beautiful hiking area and swim in the reservoir. You can also explore the three archaeological sites of La Viñuela and learn interesting details about the history of the region.

A lovely home with stunning views from the rooftop terrace, excellent air conditioning, and a very pleasant pool. Stocked with everything you could need, there are three generously sized bedrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, and two bathrooms—although one of the bathrooms did have an unpleasant smell.While the house is situated in a rougher part of town, we always felt safe, and the lively sounds of the neighbourhood added to the atmosphere in the evenings.Communication with the host was very good. They provided an informative video ahead of our stay and quickly resolved a small issue with the WiFi.The house offered us a real taste of authentic southern Spain, with a touch of luxury thrown in.

Außergewöhnlich und wunderschön

Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und mit nichts zu vergleichen, die EigentĂŒmerin antwortet super schnell und ist extrem freundlich, die Bauart des GebĂ€udes ist spannend, die RĂ€ume auffĂ€llig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gibt viele ungelistete Extras, die niemand braucht, aber den Aufenthalt perfekt machen (3 KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke ĂŒber die Etagen verteilt, 2 Kaffeemaschinen, Boombox, Fernseher, Apple-TV, Teleskop etc.) - zum Kochen sollte man allerdings die Rooftop-KĂŒche nutzen, unten kein Fenster und kein Abzug! Alles in allem war es einfach traumhaft; wenn wir wieder nach MĂ laga reisen, wollen wir gern wieder hierher.

VĂ©lez-MĂĄlaga townhouse with amazing views

Beautiful and very spacious townhouse in the old part of town in easy walking distance to all amenities. The crown jewel of this house is the rooftop terrace with a pool and a terrace with amazing views over the city and the Mediterranean. Communication with the family’s local housekeeper was excellent. She replied fast and came around immediately with extra towels when needed. Communication with Novasol on the other hand was nonexistent - wrote them a couple of mails in the booking process with questions about the house - they never replied!! Advice to the family that owns the house - since the house is on both Vrbo and other sites, drop Novasol and handle the rental yourself, it will make the experience much more personal.
