Villa with private pool (7 x 3.5 m) for up to 8 guests, 3 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, nestled in a peaceful, enclosed 2,000 m² park just 5 km from L’Isle sur la Sorgue, 5 km from Fontaine de Vaucluse, 24 km from Gordes, 32 km from Roussillon, and 23 km from Avignon.



Perfect for nature lovers, the villa offers exceptional tranquility among oak trees. The private pool is secured by an alarm, not heated (solar cover), and open from April to October. Enjoy a pétanque court, hammocks, trampoline, and ping-pong table.



Direct access to a canal-side path just 100 m away, ideal for walking or cycling. Centrally located for exploring Provence while enjoying peace and quiet.



The air-conditioned house (110 m²) features a 20 m² veranda, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms:

- Master suite (160 cm bed, en-suite bathroom, WC)

- Double room (140 cm bed)

- Room with double bunk bed (2 x 140 cm)

Open-plan kitchen with dining/living area (flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi).
