Private: natural state property 700 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Av. De l'Europe/Montalivet" 950 m, sandy beach "Montalivet" 1.6 km.

Pas aussi idyllique que ca
Equipement en mauvaise etat (volet roulant ne fonctionne pas )
Piscine salle non sécurisé , oblige de faire revenir le pisciniste pour regler le probleme de la filtration qui ne fonctionne pas , au final il met la piscine en marche forcée .. pour finir on nous facture la consommation electrique pour une semaine soit encore 60 euros d'électricité bref nous ne reviendrons pas !
