Perfect Getaway!

Our family (Me, husband, 22-year-old and 15-year-old) needed to get away and rest! Amy's property did not disappoint. It was extremely comfortable - great air condition, great fans, clean, great showers, great tv, comfortable couches and reclining chairs. The view from the condo was postcard worthy. Waking up and heading to what seemed like our own private beach was so amazing. We live an hour and a half north of this property but it's so crowded and we were looking for quiet. This beach did not disappoint. What we didn't expect was to be located so close to charming downtown Venice. We loved the shops and restaurants there. Amy's condo made us feel very taken care of as she literally thought of everything we could have wanted including beach chairs, sand sifters, umbrella, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens. We had a great time and were thankful to not have to think about anything!

We stayed for a much needed time of quiet. The condo was amazing. Right on the beach which was a bucket list for me. Location was great and we had a truly wonderful time.

We were unaware that the elevator was not working. Only found out from a recent review from March. 2 of the adults had difficulty with the stairs. I would not have rented if I had known the elevator would not be working. The access to the beach and pool was great. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The floors in the condo were filthy when arrived. Had to mop floors.. Needs grab bars in the bathrooms and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Not too happy with the dumpster sitting outside our condo. If they knew the elevator would not be working and the dumpster would still be there, they should have charged less money. We paid 4500. Maybe we could get a rebate or something.

Wonderful beach vacation

This unit was comfortable, clean and steps to the beach. Laundry facilities were very nice and on the same floor. The unit had everything you would need, from kitchen equipment to beach chairs etc. We hope to return.

Beautiful spot right on the ocean with view from condo. Nice layout of condo and everything needed inside plus nice surprises! Pool was another great amenity. only wish it was noted or we were informed prior to final booking for stay on the community rules, the elevator was out, and there would be workers and equipment around at completely random times with difficulties for parking and noise.

Ocean Front View & Location

The property pictures are accurate. You can see the ocean and beach clearly, doors open four-fold. We give Venice Island grace right now as it is healing, lots of sand, lots of destruction. This unit was not damaged, had super comfortable seating, beds. New pillows, bedding, soft towels. The supplies were abundant! Tons of kitchen items, spices, drinks, kitchen stapes, paper products, etc. Hosts are outstanding, willing to provide upon a phone call. We were very impressed with the owners and the contents in this unit.
