Staff and owners were so welcoming and friendly. It felt like staying at home and the dinner at the restaurant downstairs was excellent.

Could not stay here due to many bugs being in the room. Additionally, it seems due to some city regulation they could not have Air Conditioning running in Oct. which meant my wife and I felt very uncomfortable (it was very warm weather). This was not an issue for other hotels in the area
They also declined refunding us, this was a horrible experience and suggslest people book elsewhere.

The owner of the property was waiting for us to make sure we were taken care of even though it was late at night. The property is unique with a nice layout. 5 min from Marco Polo airport

Absolutely wonderful stay! Rosa and Loris amazing! Ricardo picked us up at airport. We had a long travel day and needed food and rest. They welcomed us with food and wine even though we arrived late in the evening.

Wonderful quaint place! Clean and comfortable. Owners were very nice and helpful. Owner helped us find our way to Venice and gave us parking tips. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommended!

It's a lovely old house with a big swimming pool- I didn't get to swim but it looked lovely. It was very pleasant eating breakfast outside in the shade of the plants and shrubs. The proprietor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Venice
