The “Tree House” is a Charming Elevated Octagon House with Loft & Wraparound Porch that is less than 2 miles to the beach.

Pack your bathing suit and escape to this one-of-a-kind cozy, elevated octagon home, that’s less than 2 miles to the beach and nestled among the trees in beautiful Venice, FL. This unique retreat features a wraparound porch, perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. The large front porch is screened in, offering a cozy spot to unwind after a day at the beach, with a cup of coffee/tea or a glass of wine along with your favorite book or just enjoying the sunrises and/or sunsets.

Inside, the open floor plan highlights the centrally located bedroom for a distinctive and inviting feel. The “lookout” loft adds a touch of charm and extra space. Relax in the comfortable, cozy living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and plenty of natural light. We love the treehouse and the location is the best especially for beach goers. Stan and Liz are very responsive. We stayed for 2 months and we hate to go home.

The treehouse was absolutely amazing!!! Hands down the neatest place we have ever stayed. The drive to the beach was super short and dinning out was easy.

The Treehouse was wonderful. Nice neighborhood, with a short drive to the beach. Stan and Liz are awesome hosts. We will definitely be back. We stayed 2 weeks this year. But, hope to stay longer next year!

The property was quite unique! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus! Stan, the host, was very responsive and checked in to make sure there wasn't anything additional we needed. Overall it was an excellent stay!

We had a great time here. The owners were great hosts and answered every question we might have had. It is a five minute drive to Manasota Beach. Lots of shark teeth to be found. If you’re looking of a quiet place close to the beach, this is the one.

Better than a Hotel!

This unique home-away-from-home was a fabulous alternative to an overpriced hotel room! We loved the quiet, family-oriented neighborhood and proximity to virtually everything in and around Venice. The house was eclectic and unique in its design and decor, but was exceptionally clean and had every modern convenience at hand. The beach gear and bicycles on the premises were an extra bonus! We hope to return in the future for another stay!

I decided to take my first solo vacation and I found the perfect place staying at the Treehouse. I felt very safe in the house and the neighborhood. I loved how close it was to multiple beaches and restaurants. If I had a question Stan and Liz were very quick at answering them. They never made me feel as if I was a bother to them. If you are thinking about your first solo or a couples get away you won’t be disappointed staying here!!!!

Excellent Experience

This place is just as described. Clean, neat, and had just what we needed. Bathroom was just right. Stan and Liz were available if needed - responded quickly and accommodating. The location is very good....close to shopping, the beach, and a great walking trail close by at So. Lemon Bay. It was perfect for just the two of us. Just be aware you do need to climb a set of stairs to access the living space. This was no problem for us. Would certainly do it again!
