Venice
Posted Jun. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayWell equipped, friendly owner but you need to be ready to walk. Ok condition. Internet doesn’t work in your room and signal is weak. Clean but a bit tired.

Venice is a city on water, yes you have to be ready to walk :-)
The apartment is clean, glad to hear that you appreciated. It´s located in a 16th century building, with terrazzo veneziano on the floor and ancient wooden beams. You can clearly see it from the pictures, how charming and typical all of this is.
"Tired" is something else...

Wonderful apartment in great location
Posted May 18, 2024 on HomeAwayNice secluded ground floor apartment. It was amazing to watch the gondolas go past the window at eye level. Close to good restaurants but far enough away from touristy crowded area.

A great spot in Venice
Posted May 13, 2024 on HomeAwayThe listing was exactly as advertised--perhaps even nicer. Having a separate living room was great, and it too had a window that opened onto a canal. At one point a gondolier passed by just a few feet from where we were sitting on the couch. Would happily stay again.

We loved the view from the windows of the canals. Two bathrooms was convenient. The home is small but fit everything we needed. The host was helpful, and attentive.

Lovely apartment for our family, everything you need for a 4 night stay and easy access to explore Venice. Walkable to train station/water taxi/bus connections

Charming spot in a magical neighborhood
Posted Oct. 22, 2023 on HomeAwayOur stay in Canareggio was wonderful. I adored the neighborhood, delightfully out of the way of the madness but easily accessible to everything. The apartment was simple, clean, and comfortable, but its real magic and value was the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
