Plus, a private fenced in backyard for you and Fido to enjoy ~ with his/her own Doggie Door off the spacious Sunroom.

Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and famous local restaurants. There's drumming and yoga on the beach and so much more!

This is a Very Clean, Secure, Fully Furnished Home. "Happy House" ~ a great place to come home to Cook, Enjoy and Rest!
Convenient and close to everything ~ but quiet and peaceful. An Oasis!
You will be 11 minutes drive from 3 different clean Beaches. 2 Bicycles are provided, too. Shamrock Park ~ good for walks, picnics and biking, is just a few blocks away. Downtown Venice a few minutes drive away, plus all shops and restaurants nearby.
Eco Friendly ~ NO chemicals used within or without home. There is a large screened patio and a large backyard with tables / chairs and solar lights that automatically come on at night.
