There really was nothing.I did not like about the hotel it is a gem a little off the beaten path from the noise but no harder to get to stuff than anything else and the service and the but you are treated as worth its weight in gold. They go above and beyond the to make sure you are well taken care of with your plans and transportation. Breakfast. Was very nicely laid out and fresh with a very nice overall environment. Would be easy to know where i'm staying if I go back.

We selected the location close to the Cruise terminal. While arranging the transportation we were told we were in the wrong location and paid 120eruo for a taxi and told this was the only option. Once we arrived we were then redirected back to our original destination and that was an addition 68eruo to get back to the hotel area to make our way to the cruise terminal. The lack of knowledge that the hotel had regarding terminal location and the fact we were told this was the only method of transportation was very poor. We could have paid 18eruo for a taxi out front of the hotel for a 10min ride to the local terminal to board our cruise. The hotel was lovely BUT the service for travellers was extremely lacking. it’s a hotel and they should know where the cruise terminal is and not redirect people in error.

Amazing hotel, with a wonderful front desk staff. They were so helpful for transportation options. The hotel itself was beautiful and quiet, in a quieter area of Venice, but still with ample restaurants around and easy walking to other areas. The breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. Would 100% recommend. We booked the private spa and really enjoyed having our own little oasis.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-appointed. Hotel is within walking distance of the water taxi (Alilaguna Blue Line) that travels between Marco Polo Airport and the cruise terminal where you check-in for MSC cruises. We could also walk to San Marco Square and explorw the waterways of Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Venziano in Venice. The hotel combines elegant design with modern comfort. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations or questions. I especially appreciated the convenient location close to the vaporetto and within walking distance of many attractions. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would definitely stay here again.

This property is right on the water and it is lovely. The room was suitable. Gorgeous bathroom! Beds are tiny. Took a star off for two reasons. 1: the elevator went out and we were on the 4th floor. 2: we got a desk agent to give us smaller bills from a 20 euro and the next morning he called saying he never received the money when my friend and I both saw it happen The rest of the stay was lovely
