I spend a lot of time in Venice, and I like this hotel a lot. The location is on the Giudecca, but close to vaporettos and a quick walk to the Grand Canal. The staff is young and smart. The plumbing works and the rooms are clean, functional, and attractive. Breakfast is good and the bar, replete with very hip mixologists, is simply outstanding. And, they were contacting me months ago about water taxi transfers to make sure I found them. While they don’t have their own restaurant, they sit between two restaurants that will do handily. Just a great hotel that is near enough to where the action is, but just far enough to be quiet and comfortable. I will be staying there again.
