Publié le 5 nov. 2017 sur HomeAwayEn plein coeur de la ville, la maison donne sur une place pleine de vie mais calme la nuit. Les enfants peuvent jouer dehors sans soucis. L'intérieur de la maison est moderne et la déco design très réussie. L'équipement est complet, tout est propre et fonctionne parfaitement. Même à distance, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et attentifs à nos demandes. On y a passé quatre jours formidables avec trois enfants, et on se réjouit d'y retourner!

Family Vacation in Venice

Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family of 5 (all adults) stayed here for two nights in May. It’s clear that the owner has taken excellent care of the house, and he has made a lot of updates. We loved the location (no bridge to water taxi), as it was quiet and on a nice courtyard, with an excellent restaurant next door. Massimo, the host, was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to messages. He also supplies a handbook that explains how everything in the house works, as well as suggestions for food, drinks, itineraries, etc. He also offers to have someone grocery shop for you in advance, which we didn’t take advantage of, but wish we had! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel.

Charming Venetian Home
Publié le 20 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMassimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!
