There was nothing I liked about this property. I ordered a two bed handicap and Travelocity rep didn't get it right.. Ended up with a queen and a roll in shower which the water went out into the whole room making it very unsafe. it was very dirty. Floors had not been mopped in weeks--except for the bathroom floor which was flooded each shower.
I called 4 days ahead of my stay to tell the front desk we would not be checking in until 9pm saturday night. The hotel took the information down. Now this being florida, you need AC to not die of heat stroke. This property has old style single room AC's with no central AC. The problem with that is, if staff doesnt turn on the AC before you arrive, its 85-90 degrees in the room. Thats what happened to us. Then, the power went out and the room was over 90 degrees due to no ceiling fans or circulation of any kind. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend a bit more money and it could save your marriaage.
I liked my last room way better. This one could use a lil more cleaning and still needs to be revamped. Bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom could use a makeover.
Couldn't stay in the first room i was given, terrible smell of smoking. Bed was comfortable but only had a thin sheet, no blanket anywhere in the room.
Outside property could use a lil revamp but inside was good. Clean, neat, spacious n quiet. Lot of shopping n restaurants across the street. Was pleased. Very pleasant stay.
Staff was great, room was another story. Bed was horrible, dead bugs on floor. Walked across the tile floor and the bottom of my feet were black with dirt. AC took hours to cool the room.
Absolutely filthy room. Bed was made with dirty sheets that were stained and smelled disgusting. Gross lampshades covered in dust and broken. Bathroom had mildew. I didn’t even sleep here I left within 2 hours it was that bad. I’ve stayed at over 100 hotels and this without doubt was the worst condition hotel and room I have ever stayed in.
at check in the front desk said I had booked a handicap room, I said I did not need , it must have been a mistake, he gave me a regular room with 1 king bed, no problem I thought, 1 hour later I get a voicemail from same guy asking if I still need handicap room, I go back to front desk and he tells me I'm being charged for both rooms and its up to me to straighten out the mess he made with Expedia, this hotel should not be listed on Expedia, they are dishonest crooks that try to rip you off.
