The main living has Tv and DvD, reverse cycle heating/cooling and comfortable sofas. There is a dining table in a sunny alcove and the kitchen is fully self contained. The kitchen has electric cooking, a microwave and a dishwasher; there are lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining.
Snuggle up in front of the wood heater in winter or open up the sliding doors to the back deck in summer.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms sleeping up to 8 family members (or friends) and a family bathroom.
The laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board and there is also a second shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet. You will also find the bonus second fridge.
The back garden is fully fenced with a nice covered outdoor entertaining area that has a gas Bbq and outdoor setting. There is a cubby house and swings for the kids.
This is an affordable family home with lots of great features and in a fantastic location.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Was disappointed upon arrival at property at the lack of cleanliness. Very cluttered and dusty.
The property had had dogs inside. I donât dislike dogs but to find all the couches covered in dog hair and the smell of dog urine throughout the house is not acceptable. (Dog urine on the carpet in one of the bedrooms).
Bean bags were so dirty and dusty we put them away in a room we were not using and left them there.
Property manager was kind enough to send someone to help me clean but not how I expected to start my holiday.
My overall rating of property would definitely be higher if the place was clean!
