Holiday rental for the whole family, including your pet! This terraced house offers private parking and air conditioning/heating, among other amenities. Additionally, you can relax on the terrace with sea views or in either of the two private gardens: one with a barbecue so you can organize outdoor meals, and another with direct access to the communal swimming pool. The house is located in the Playa de Baria I residential complex, beachfront, with a communal swimming pool and children's pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09), and extensive landscaped areas. Moreover, you'll be close to bars, restaurants, and a large supermarket, facilitating all your needs during your stay.

With capacity for up to 6 adults, the house is distributed over 3 floors: On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with a fireplace and direct access to the private garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the first floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there is an attic bedroom with 2 single beds, a toilet with a shower, and a private terrace with sea views where you can relax in the sun.

Spend your holidays in Vera Playa and also enjoy nearby localities such as Villaricos, Garrucha, and Mojácar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are just an hour's drive away.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 20 KWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of a monthly rental with a discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets are allowed (1 pet/booking). Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited.
