Disappointing

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were always very helpful and polite However the room itself came up short. The air conditioning was extremely noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The room also smelled moldy I tried opening the screen door to let air circulate but it didn’t really help. The last night I was there I could get no hot water from the shower which was annoying. But my biggest complaint was that the WiFi was very unreliable. It was impossible to stream entertainment as the signal kept cutting off. I would not return to this hotel

Rooms are neat and clean. Restaurant right downstairs. Decent selection of food on the buffet. They have a pool. Close to many things: malecon, aquarium, restaurants, shops.... Friendly and helpful staff!
