We got to our room and there was a poo filled toilet. We were able to change rooms but the room they changed us to had the smoke detectors removed and there was splatters on the walls and burn marks on the ground. The hotel staff was pleasant but I’m not giving them full stars as they promise ice cream upon check in but it was never offered.

I’ve stayed in some dives and this one was AWFUL! Nothing was clean! When we got to the room the ac was set to 62 and the window had been open for who knows how long. It’s was FREEZING and dust everywhere. As we were cleaning up we noticed an old pizza box from SEPTEMBER in the drawer! We know it’s ha been there since September because it had a receipt with the date!

I liked the location, the pricing, the staff, breakfast, and the pool. The hotel is really old, everything is stained and old, including the furniture, carpet, and the walls. Hotel was very clean and staff was great. It's a little rundown and has some quirky things (No phone to call to front desk, air conditioner was not great, hot water issues and the outside is very rundown. It appears they are working on making it better though. I would stay again as it was clean which is huge for me.
