The check in went well. The bed is comfy. Clean linens. Plenty of room in our single queen. Not necessarily a bad point, was surprsied with the countersize fridge that is more like a wine fridge. I am glad that our cooler food wasnt as full as normal. So, for multiple day travellers, note this.

Booked a loft room for myself and 2 daughters. Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and appreciated small kitchenette although we didn’t use it. Breakfast in the morning at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Pool area was basic but hot tub was nice and hot with good pressure from the jets. I would recommend and stay here again

Check-in was easy with the fast and friendly staff, and our room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint is that the beds are ageing and need to be replaced and we were on the bottom floor and the hallways and the customer directly above us were very very noisy Limiting our sleep. Didn’t last longer than a couple of hours, but with the uncomfortable bed it was a short night.

The bed was amazing. Im short and had a bit of a hard time starting the shower without getting sprayed in the face. Plus the sgower head is way up high for a 5'1 woman. But the restaurant was amazing and the staff was fabulous . Next time im staying way more than just 2 nights.

The loft room was great for giving some privacy. Highway noise was noticeable due to the old windows. Amenities were set up for two people even though the unit can sleep six. The food at the Bourbon Street Grill was surprisingly good.

Called ahead to ask if checking in a little after midnight would be a problem. Was told that there would be no problem at all. Arrived very tired at 12:05am. No one arrived at the front desk for 25 minutes. Very frustrating. This is the first time I have seen this in approximately 180 hotel stays in the past 10 years. The staff member that did finally arrive had walked down an adjacent corridor about 10 minutes before but couldn’t be bothered to look sideways to see me standing/ waiting at the desk.

We stayed overnight on the way to another destination. Right on the central route. The facilities and staff were excellent. The restaurant, attached, is a chain restaurants. The food was very good and plentiful and the guest discount made it even better.

Paid for a large room with a loft (only me and my wife) as we thought it would be quieter since no people would be above. We have kids running and jumping down the halls till around 1130 pm , then drunk yelling , cursing for about another hour or two. I’ve stayed at the property around 4 other times without issue.
