Hello Robert Sorry for the delay in responding. All our reviews have always been so good so do forget to look at them Sounds like I should go on our VRBO listing and clarify some things a little better. I thought I had done a pretty good job Laundry means for those staying at least a week or longer we provide new bedding and towels I don’t have washer and dryer checked as being included. The kitchen has a convection oven. The Housekeeper had taken it out to do a more thorough cleaning on it and had forgot to put it back in the unit We had a previous client that asked us for a toaster on their first day. We were happy to go out and purchase one and provide it for them. If a guest were to ask us for anything or make a recommendation,, We are happy to accommodate. Thank you for the compliment on our pool. Many people have enjoyed it very much The pool has What is called a ‘beach access’ Our lovely beaches in Vero are a very easy 10 to 15 minute drive. Occasionally, the Wi-Fi from Xfinity might be a little weak, but they have provided us new boosters, which are working quite well The TV is a smart TV. I 100% agree that I am going to type up instructions on how to use this TV. I realize TVs are more complicated than they used to be and not everyone knows how to use them The younger generation, I must say, know exactly what to do Our neighborhood and area have people walking riding bikes, taking their dogs for a walk. There are plenty of areas to walk without walking on lands owned by others I’m not sure how to word this differently There, than I have. but I’ll tell you the outside surroundings and the beautiful walks here are wonderful I am definitely appreciative of your review It makes me aware that I should make my welcome book a little bit more thorough Thank you for bringing up your comments I truly hope you did enjoy the property and had a relaxing wonderful stay in Vero Beach 😊 Kim
