This was a last minute booking due to another rental not having heat. The host did meet us upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. She communicated quickly and clearly. The place was clean and cozy. It is in a basement so the ceiling is low. I’m 6’3” and I was always stooped over. We were the host’s first guests. We could have used 1 more towel and the kitchen could use some dinnerware and silverware as well as some coffee filters for the coffee machine. The bathroom is a bit small but overall functional. Location is convenient to Rt 26 so getting to The other parts of Broome County is a short drive to RT 434 and RT17.
Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2025
