This cosy chalet of 180 m², with a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy, is located in a residential area on the heights of Veyrier-du-Lac and is composed of :
- a beautiful balcony, a pleasant terrace and a large garden with a superb view of the lake,
- a beautiful and large bright living room with a fireplace,
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- one room with a double bed,
- one bedroom with two single beds,
- a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher)
- two bathrooms with showers,
- a bathroom with bath/shower,
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- high chair, baby bed,

- private garage for the house at the foot of the garden.

Please note that discretion is asked for the comfort of the neighbours, and parties are prohibited.

Please note that the chalet is situated at the top of a steep garden and is therefore not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Located a 15 min walk or a 3 min drive from Lake Annecy, this chalet is ideal for discovering Lake Annecy, its beaches and hiking trails. It takes only 13 minutes by car to reach the Old Town, where you will discover the Castle, the Palais de l'Ile and its museums. A 13-minute drive will take you to the Jardins de l'Europe and the peaceful lake. Hiking enthusiasts can take advantage of the beautiful Mont Veyrier trail, which starts immediately from the chalet. This magnificent chalet is ideal for enjoying the mountains and the lake and letting your eyes wander to the breathtaking view of the landscape while having a meal on the terrace.
