This fully-equipped 63 m² flat is ideal for a pleasant stay with family or friends. It offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday in a friendly setting.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. In the light-filled living room, you'll find a 140 cm sofa bed, offering extra sleeping space for added flexibility.

Outside, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of a large, shaded 17 m² wooden terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a private 208 m² garden, perfect for relaxing or playing with the family.

For cooler moments, the communal swimming pool at Marina Lodge is accessible to all residents and is open from 1 June to 30 September. The new residence also features a playground and fruit garden, adding a natural charm to your stay.

As for practicality, the accommodation includes two private parking spaces and a large, secure bicycle garage, ideal for exploring the surrounding area at your leisure.

## Access
The flat has 2 parking spaces at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15 m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 100 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
