This charming property, located just 500 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the shops, offers an ideal setting for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Both the beach and the main shopping street are within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy your stay without using a car. You will enjoy a large 25 mÂČ terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a 75 mÂČ private garden, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility.
For refreshing moments, a private swimming pool measuring 2.5 Ă 4 m with a depth of 1.30 m is at your disposal. The pool is not heated and is accessible from early April. The pool area is fitted with synthetic grass, sun loungers, and a Weber charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining area, equipped with a sofa bed, a television, a large dining table, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, creating a welcoming space for family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Senseo coffee machine, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, electric grater, refrigerator, and all the necessary cooking equipment.
A bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bathtub and toilet, offering added daily comfort.
Upstairs, the property features two comfortable bedrooms:
one bedroom with a 160 Ă 200 cm double bed,
