Bedroom 2: King bed, ceiling fan, nightstands, lamps w/chargers & a closet with iron & ironing board for guest use.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, a portable fan, portable clothes rack w/hangers & attached private bathroom w/pedestal sink, toilet and shower.

There is a partial wrap around deck with bench seating to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The property sits on .27 acres. The backyard is not fenced.

There is no dock; enter water at own risk.

Note: Please do not use neighbor's yard, docks or driveway. These are off limits to guests.

Guests will have full access to the entire cabin (with the exception of two closets used for storage), yard, and direct access to Eagle Lake. See notes below:

This property does NOT have a dock.

Neighboring docks, yards, and driveways are private and off-limits. Please be respectful and avoid trespassing.

Check-in instructions, the property address, Wi-Fi password, and the smart lock code for the entry door will be sent three days prior to your check-in date.

Check-out instructions will be sent the night before your check-out date.

✅ Security Cameras / Alarm System

This house has one security camera on the carport pointing to driveway. There are no cameras inside the cabin. We respect our guest's privacy. This cabin is secured by an alarm system which will NOT be on during your stay.

We're sorry, but NO pets allowed on the property.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home.
Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM.
Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Parking:
There are 3 spaces available for parking under the carport. Please do not block or park in the neighbor's driveway. Please note there is limited space for boats/trailers.

Yard and Lake Access:
There is no dock, however, there is direct access from the yard to the lake. Please enter at your own risk. Please do not use the neighbor's yards or docks. These are off limits to guests.

Pets:
We're sorry, but we do not allow pets on the property.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans outside. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave temperature set at 68 degrees.
