This place smelled awful. There was urine spray on the bathroom walls. The tub and sink didn’t drain so we had to go buy draino. They took our towels each day without replacing them so we had hunt them down daily. They didnt empty the trash at all. There were disgusting stains all over the coverlet that I wouldn’t even touch it with my hands. Really gross!!

I was very upset. When we arrived I was told they did not have our room. My husband has a broken leg and cannot do stairs. When I made the reservation I called to confirm a king bed on the ground floor. When I received an email confirmation I called again to confrm a king bed on the ground floor. I was assured that would be ready for us. When we arrived I was told the room was given away and they had no notice of our request. I was told they could give us a small room with 2 twins for the same price as the king room. That was unacceptable. We will not be using this chain again and I will be reposting my review on several sites.

Hotel is lacking, very disappointed!

Pool is for looks only, wasn’t allowed to use, told by staff, chemicals had been put in, therefore you couldn’t use, Breakfast was pathetic, I ask at checkin and was told muffins, and bread, I said, no meat? He said, no meat, ‘tho hotel site, says breakfast, not continental breakfast, I will not stay here again, and would never recommend!
