We had a wonderful visit. Our host Elvira was very prompt in replying. She helped us with arranging drivers, suggesting local public beaches and restaurants. We walked easily (uphill) to train & bus stations, little shops, grocery stores and the pizza street festival was a bonus!!
We visited Naples two years ago. Weâve now visited the area again with our daughters. Vico Equense is a lovely little town, it has everything you need, supermarket, small shops, restaurants, bars, chemist etc. Elvira the property manager is lovely. She replied quickly to any queries, was very helpful and sorted a small problem we had very quickly. The property is lovely, the terrace and roof terrace are fabulous, the views are amazing. The property itself is all on one level apart from the roof terrace but the access to the property is via a cobbled hill, and stairs up to the front door. Like most places in the area there are a lot of hills and stairs. Bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. The train station is at the top of the hill which is ideal, easy to use and economical. Naples is about an hour in the train. Sorrento is about 15 mins in the train. Vico is a lovely place to base yourself and the villa was very clean. The bathrooms are modern but the kitchen is older, functional but in need of updating. Itâs all totally worth is for the outside space and views.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
