Summary:
Fantastic elevated three bedroom townhouse in prime position overlooking Kent Reserve and the beachfront. Designed to maximize the northerly aspect, this exciting and affordable property is perfect for a weekend getaway for the whole family or enjoy a couples weekend away.

The Space:
The property features a great entertaining layout with a large open plan dining, kitchen and living area upstairs with high ceilings and split system air conditioning. Access to the front deck with BBQ and outdoor setting. The views from the balcony offer views of the sea and views over the park.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge, Nespresso pod coffee machine, plus all the utensils you need. There is also a second guest toilet upstairs.

Downstairs features the three bedrooms with the master offering king bed and split system air conditioning, second bed offering queen with ceiling fan and third offering two sets of bunk beds. The main bathroom is located downstairs with en-suite and laundry. The property is complete with low maintenance and secure irrigated gardens and lawn, plus carport providing rear access, there is also additional designated car parking for guests!

This property is the perfect home away from home with a neat and tidy layout and easy access to popular boat ramps, parks and reserves, Yilki store and local cafes why not make it part of your next holiday.

Beach Retreat

Lovely unit close to beach. Could do with cooling downstairs was to hot no fans only cooling upstairs. Secure parking with closed in back yard for kids.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our short stay here. Place is a little dated and the layout a bit strange, but once settled it was an awesome time with family. Everything was in neat clean order (except the coffee milk frother). Comfortable place close to beach and park, perfect for kids. We will be back.

Great location

Great, large unit with park and beach views. We loved being able to walk to the beach and across to the park and also enjoyed riding bikes the short distance into Victor Harbor on a dedicated bike path.

A comfortable unit in a good location. Kitchen was well equipped. Check-in process was smooth, although the need to collect and drop the key off at the office was slightly inconvenient. A pleasant place to stay - we enjoyed our visit.

Great long weekend stay, quality unit and furniture with many amenities. Nice view from upstairs balcony. Comfortable and easy living space. Secure with screen doors and lock up garage. Highly recommend. Need your own linen. Beach and Park playground across the road.
