We stayed in an Ocean Breeze Villa. Nice 2 bedroom cabin but vehicle parking is in a separate location. Not too far but still not next to the units as we like to park.

Regarding the parking arrangement, unfortunately, due to the layout of our park, we're unable to relocate the parking areas closer to the units. However, we appreciate your understanding in this matter. For your future visits, we recommend considering our Park View cabins, which offer parking conveniently located next to the door and boast a similar layout and bedding setup. Cabin floor was quite dirty (we had black feet within 30mins after check in from walking on the cabin floor). We also found rubbish under the bed so unsure when they last moved the bed to clean under it. Facilities are great but as we were there during peak summer period there were a significant number of teenagers in the space doing flips on the pillow (regardless of signage) and taking over the space which made it less child friendly for my young girls. Would not suggest taking young children there during peak summer holidays. Some supervision from the team during peak period is probably a good idea for guest safety.

The room had a terrible smell, which was very hard to sleep in. Also, on the website it says there's wifi, and I'm dependant upon wifi for work and there was zero reception. So I was forced to leave a day early because of this, and didn't recieve a refund from the property. I would like to file an official compaint.
