Beautiful property! Also loved the llamas just roaming around, so cute. Room was clean, check in was great, pool is nice. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

The reception ladies , were not friendly at all.

Buen servicio y amabilidad del personal, un punto a mejorar es la implementación en las habitaciones, no todas tienen smart TV.

The staff in the Los Cocoteros Hotel is NOT nice. They were not friendly(except for one female receptionist) and the rest of them were aloof and just not welcoming.
