Fantastic!
This property was amazing for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. The views were unreal, especially from the hot tub! It is very clean and homey - feels like you’re staying at grandmas place. Everything you could want was there. Lots of space to relax and spread out. Property management company was very efficient when we reached out to them. Baby grand piano was definitely an added bonus.

As described
Very nice location if you don’t want to be in the city. The house is very nice and clean. The piano was fun! My only complaint was that we couldn’t get the heat on in the master bedroom. The owners were apologetic but still couldn’t be bothered to come and fix it in the 5 days we were there. Luckily for me, it warmed up later in the week.

Weekend in Colwood!
The property had stunning views from the balconies. The house was big, spacious and perfect for a big family like ours to hang out and enjoy time together. All services were near and we even took some nice long walks on the beach (which was walking distance from the house). Highly recommend!

The house is situated in a very nice area not far from downtown Victoria. Convenient to lots of restaurant and Costco nearby. Communication with Iris is not immediate. takes time for them to act on requests.

Stayed here over the weekend because me and my friends were attending an event in the area. The place is great, everything is comfortable. The view is spectacular. Well stocked kitchen.

A room with a view
Loved the view, the hot tub, the location and the space. The property manager was super responsive. The ice maker and water through the fridge door wasn’t working but tap water was tasty. Close to a lagoon and a bay good for walking. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable for 3 couples.
