Lights turned off in restroom area constantly and didnt turn on till morning then off again :/

I try to help out hotels that maybe dont have as many stars or get a bad rap. The room I was put in was sub standard. The heat didnt work. The shower valves were in dire need of being replaced. The shower was stained or dirty or both. They have a maintenance guy but he was no where to be found. The price charged for exchange received was lopsided.

Ineeded an accessible (handicapped) room this time only have 2 rooms 1 was out of order other one will always be occupied .ive got bad hip and knees hard for me to get down/up from toilet. You have been great place to stay but will be needing to find another place .
