Essential Stay Details

Secure underground parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Please notify us if you have a non-standard vehicle to ensure the space is suitable.

A one-time $390 cleaning fee applies at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional cleaning services can also be easily arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

As a Canadian-based company, our primary rates are in CAD. While some international platforms may convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. We accept direct payments from all major credit cards except American Express.

Important Policies and Notes

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Because unexpected changes can happen, we always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation remains refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until you are 30 days before your travel date. Within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, there are no administrative fees for schedule adjustments, provided a 30-day written notice of departure is submitted.
