Victoria is a very walkable city. That's one of the things that makes it such a desirable destination for travelers. If you do bring a vehicle you have a few options for parking.
1. Street - Costs $4/hr from 8 am - 8 pm Free evenings from 8 pm - 8 am
2. Parking lot next door - $5/hr or $14 daily until 6 pm. Additional evening rates apply. Most guests move on to the street for the evening
3. Centennial parkade - 645 Fisgard St. Costs $2/hr up to $14 daily Free evenings from 8 pm - 8 am
Located on the 2nd floor, our studio is ideally set up for a couple or single traveler + accompanying young person. The secondary bed is a sofa bed.
Enjoy a Nespresso any time of day. If it's a specialty coffee you're after, pop over to Habit Coffee. They make an incredible Cortado & Oat Milk Latte.
The kitchen has all the cooking comforts of home. Open kitchen to move comfortably in with ceramic stovetop and a large oven. Microwave above the cooktop for quick convenience. If it's a meal out you're after, in just a few short steps you will have your pick of Indian, Dumplings, Mexican, Korean or Italian. Victoria is a foodies paradise.
A designated working area with printer, comfortable leather chair and live edge desk bring extra style to this space.
Any time of day, enjoy a soak in the tub. For an enhanced experience turn the lights down, sprinkle in some rose & lavender Epsom salts, and put on your favourite wind-down music. Ahhhhhh

For optimal sleep, close both the blinds and curtains; if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise please help yourself to earplugs.

The gym & community lounge is located on the main level. Use your FOB to unlock the main floor door and head to the left.
There is also private bike storage that is available. Inquire for details.
For those attractions that aren't so close:
- Victoria Harbour Water Taxis: Hop on and off at numerous points around the city's historic harbour. Be sure to check out the pickle boat ballet in the summer months.
- Parking: There is NO parking available in the building. The best recommendation are to park at Centennial Parkade on Fisgard St. $14 daily and free evenings and Sundays. Quick 3-5 minute walk to the Abacus. Alternatively, parking on the street is $3-4/hr and is free from 8 pm - 8 am.
- Transit: The public bus system will take you from the BC Ferries Schwartz Bay terminal to within 5 minutes walking distance of our place. Get bus #70 from the ferry terminal and get off at the 'Douglas and Cormorant' stop. Walk 5 minutes west down Pandora Ave to the 595 Pandora building.
- Victoria Airport: No bus services here, so best to get to and from via taxi or shuttle bus.
- Cycling - The 595 Pandora building is right near the Galloping Goose bicycle trail. At 60 km (36 miles) long, it connects downtown Victoria to Sooke. The trail is incredibly scenic, with access to many beautiful sites like Matheson Lake Park, East Sooke Park, Spirit Bay Park, Sooke Potholes Park, etc.
Bicycles can be rented at numerous locations nearby, such as MEC, North 48, Ride the Glide (for electric bicycles), etc.
