Make sure you really read the descriptions of the rooms. The 2nd floor studio rooms are directly above the very busy bar, which means floor shaking music until 1am.

Great value staying at Swans - liked my studio room - lovely wood floor. Nice kitchenette. Great view of harbour. Wonderful area - so many restaurants nearby. Lucky I am a good sleeper who can sleep through noise as there was a fair bit of noise coming up from pub and brewery - plus people on the streets. Might bother some. But I would recommend to other sound sleepers!

Perfect for a stay in Victoria, everything is within walking distance and at a very reasonable price

Overall a great place to stay. Close to everything. Downside is parking is TERRIBLE!
Rooms need some TLC very dated!
