Fantastic location very close to the seaplane base and Harbour area. The property has obviously been remodeled and apparently some rooms have air conditioning and some do not. We booked a standard room with air but got a suite without air. It was warm until the sun went down and then it was ok. The suite was huge and had great views

Loved that this property is right on the inner harbour. It is close to shopping, food, and places to walk along the waterfront. We were on the city side and it was nice and quiet with the windows closed.

The view is hard to beat. Staff is very efficient and friendly, and the property is well maintained and very quiet. Right in the heart of downtown, with enclosed underground parking, You can walk just a few blocks to dozens of excellent restaurants, lots of shopping and boutiques, a beautiful walk along the harbor, or stroll down to see the Empress Hotel and the gorgeous government buildings. Kitchens are well appointed, and the bathrooms are beautifully lit and very well done. Beds are very comfortable and beautiful linens Tons of closet space! The glass fronting walls to the harbor and the balcony walkout are fabulous. We spent a great deal of time just watching the harbor,- the seaplanes landing, the water taxis and the ferries coming and going. One of our favorite places when we want to get away and relax!

Beautiful, full-service hotel overlooking harbor and a quick walk to the ferry, downtown, nightlife, etc. We loved everything about this hotel. It was immaculately clean, the rooms spacious and very well appointed. We were upgraded to a suite which was incredibly well appointed and felt luxurious. We were sorry we hadn't planned the trip to stay longer!

The hotel is ideally located,being just a short walk into downtown Victoria. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The only downside is theres no restaurant or breakfast room but we did find a great diner on Pandora St - Johns Place
