There was not a difference in the room types but charging more money and stating that there is. Also, the front staff is very rude, disrespectful, and disappointing, this hotel should be removed from Expedia hotel choices. I really feel I deserve a refund from this experience.

Was close to my destination. Didn’t like that there was not shuttle service to and from the airport. I paid for transportation from the airport out of pocket.

The Staff were very friendly and Well Professional. I also loved the church service every Sunday morning I was there. I will return to Nigeria soon and recommend this hotel to the fullest.

Home away from home

This started being a trip to spend time with my husband, but then we had to extend our stay because of the Coronavirus. I’m very thankful we chose to be at Citilodge! The staff is great, the managers are so very helpful! It makes it a much easier thing to deal with. This is my home away from home.
