I wasn’t able to stay here as the parking lot was too small and crowded to park my truck and trailer. Wasn’t able to cancel due to Expedia’s policies an unavailability to contact. Will never us Expedia again. I ended up having to book a second hotel down the road and pay for lodging twice as Expedia is unreachable. Terrible customer service. If there was a minus star available I’d use it. Manage at the hotel was wonderful and would have refunded and cancelled the room if she could have!!

Could not sleep. Running around and loud noises at 1:49am, and two other times after that. The white stains on the furniture grossed me out as soon as we got there. It was a very uncomfortable stay. The reviews I read prior to booking at this hotel, were very inaccurate.

The area around the property felt unsafe and was not very pleasant. While the hotel itself was okay, my room was dirty and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything due to full occupancy. I was also unable to get a refund, which made the experience frustrating.

It was a simple check in. But the shower wasn’t all that. We didn’t have a shower curtain but they immediately put one in the room. They gave us a handicap room. Which was ok. The shower puts water all over the floor. Shower curtain does not stop water from going out. Also there isn’t any place to put your own soap in the shower. Like no shelf.

Uncaring

Front staff was truly uncaring. We had checked in and been in the hotel for an hour. I got a call that my mother had passed away. We needed to push onto our destination that night and requested a refund and they said there was nothing they could do. We never stay at another La Quinta ever. My daughter was also traveling with me and taking a separate room. their room was extremely dirty, mold and tub and broken fixtures. They requested another room prior to me getting the bad news and it was no better. It smelled like pee. They will also never be staying at La Quinta.
