Perched above the village of Vidauban, in the heart of the Massif des Maures and at the foot of the Argens River, this magnificent villa offers modern comforts.

In addition to breathtaking views, it features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a pantry/laundry room (washing machine, dryer, and two refrigerators). A spacious living room opens onto a beautiful covered terrace.

There are five lovely bedrooms (four doubles and one with two single beds), each with built-in wardrobes. Three bathrooms (one full bathroom and two shower rooms) complete the villa. Amenities include a swimming pool, a pétanque court, a gas barbecue, and a ping-pong table.

Beautiful

What an amazing villa, beautifully presented, and in a lovely quiet area of Vidauban. We were very well looked after by the owner and house keeper. Less than 5 minute drive into Vidauban and easy access to motorways. I have already recommended this villa to two friends and would happily return

SĂ©jour parfait dans une magnifique villa

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines magnifiques dans cette villa qui est trĂšs trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs spacieuse. Il ne manque absolument rien dans cette maison, on y est comme chez soi ! Une route assez compliquĂ©e Ă  emprunter permet d’y accĂ©der mais ça vaut le coup, la vue est superbe et l’endroit est calme sans ĂȘtre totalement isolĂ© (voisins autour mais aucun vis Ă  vis! Tout est arborĂ©) Il faut absolument une voiture car les commerces sont Ă  10 minutes minimum en voiture (toujours par cette route « de montagne » avec des passages Ă©troits et les 300 derniers mĂštres en cailloux
) La maison est en dehors du centre de vidauban, sur les hauteurs. Le propriĂ©taire est sĂ©rieux , la gĂ©rante Fiona et le pisciniste sont au top, sympas et hyper rĂ©actifs. La maison Ă©tait trĂšs propre, et nous avions dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©glĂ© le mĂ©nage et l’électricitĂ© sur Abritel, rien d’autre ne nous a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©clamĂ©. La piscine (grande, environ 4X8) n’est pas chauffĂ©e mais le climat le permet, la clim fonctionne pour la piĂšce principale et pas pour les chambres mais en gĂ©rant bien l’aĂ©ration et les volets, pas de problĂšme ! En conclusion cette location nous a permis de sillonner et dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion, en maximum 45 min nous Ă©tions sur des sites touristiques connus comme ste Maxime, frejus, port grimaud, sillans la cascade
 et 30 min de draguignan, roquebrune sur argens
 C’était parfait !! Famille de 6 personnes, dont 3 grands ados et une petite de 7ans.

Prestations non conforme au tarif! Et électricité à payer en plus!. Chemin d'accÚs nid de poules et grosses pierres attention aux voitures sportives! A savoir que la climatisation n'est que dans le salon. et pas dans les chambres.

Jolie maison mais propriétaire pas correct

Maison trĂšs confortable mais le propriĂ©taire (juste avant et pendant le sĂ©jour) nous a inondĂ© de messages pour que nous rĂ©glions le linge de maison et le mĂ©nage; or j’avais dĂ©jĂ  tout rĂ©glĂ© via Abritel. Il me demandait donc de payer 2 fois!!!! Argumentant qu’Abritel lui prenait une commission trop importante
 Et ensuite il m’a traitĂ© de malhonnĂȘte. Il m’a aussi demandĂ© de payer EDF en cash alors mĂȘme que ce n’était pas prĂ©vu dans le devis Abritel. Bref expĂ©rience trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able et propriĂ©taire limite malhonnĂȘte.
