This is a property sleeping 10 people with 750m2 of land around the 150m2 house.

This house has a large and bright living room with tv and access to a terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing-machine, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135cmx190cm), 3 bedrooms with 2 single bed in each (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 2 bedrooms with shower.

This house has a pleasant outdoor area with private swimming pool (8x4m), a built in barbecue, a large and shady terrace with a ping-pong table where you can enjoy some quality time next to the pool.

Optional electrical heating (50 €/week)

- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair



Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.

Reservations of youg people accepted only by prior request.



Rules and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
